Cancellation of reservation or reduction in number of participants can be made free of charge up to 2 months before the start of the booked course. If this deadline is not met, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the existing price list.

No later than 14 days before the start of the course a final list of participants must be sent to the centre manager on the Sandbjerg Estate (fax: + 45 73 46 52 10) with whom also the details of the course can be planned. After this point the agreement is unconditionally binding as far as number of participants, and a cancellation fee will be charged according to the price for 24 hrs. of board and lodging.
